Tonight's Topic: The Kids Are All Right -- So personally after viewing the film I really just wanted those two hours of my life back, Thank You! I do think the main and supporting cast did a fantastic job. The movie just didn't do anything for me from start to finish. I got bored. And I tried to give it my full attention but that wasn't meant to be. I multitask-ed. Paula Goldberg will be a guest debater appearing on tonight's show.

Today in our academy meeting we decided that 'Accountability was stifling to our Creativity'. I really like that I'm going to use it. Think about it. You'll get it in a bit and that will be ok.

At the moment I'm trying to recall why it was that I agreed to be scorebook keeper for our JV and Varsity Volleyball teams. I really just want to go home and take a big, long nap until tomorrow.
So we learned about Personality in class today or rather my students did. At least that was the plan. Then we worked on our Happy Books. (Yeah, don't ask.) This like the fore mentioned lesson on personality went off with varying (is that a word?) degrees of success.
I had a pretty good week. My beloved Houston Texans whipped the Indy Colts soundly on Sunday which was a wonderful start to my week. That was actually my birthday wish and present from Jill or so she claims.
Then I turned 40 on Wednesday and ate cupcakes all day which was fabulous!! I went home Wednesday after school and played Fable 2 all evening. (I finished the storyline in the game for like the sixth time but it was the first time on my own personal Xbox 360 which was my birthday present to myself.)
Last night we had a meeting about our Eurpean Carinval trip that is happening next summer. It was very informative. I am pretty excited about it. About eight of the ladies I went with to Italy in '08 are going again on this trip. We will have an amazing time. I can hardly wait!!
And that bring us back to today, tonight and the volleyball games I will be watching instead of sleeping. Also I have to create my own Happy Book this weekend to model for the students next week. Happy Happy Joy Joy
So summer is over. Tomorrow is our last day of staff development and after I suffer through that i am getting on a plane for Vegas!!! My last Hoo-rah for the summer!
Some of the CDB girls & I are going to this event. Plus this is my first time to go to Las Vegas. I'm super excited and need to go pack.
I haven't been to into this is like forever...obviously.
For the record, it's after 10pm and I should be going to bed but I'm not. Maybe that's why I'm having such a crappy week...lack of sleep. Nah, that can't be it.
So I went on this cruise like a month ago...exactly a month ago today we disembarked. Wow! Good Golly, I can't believe it has already been a month. It was a Sweet cruise! More on the cruise later. I'm just not feeling it.

I was fortunate enough to get to meet Meredith and Nancy on an excursion when we were in Belize City, Belize. We played on Zip lines and had a very enthusiastic tour guide name Elvis Usher!

I will be randomly sharing lists of 10 from time to time. As it is that time of year again for all the hot and beautiful people lists, I thought I would share my 10 nominees for AE's Hot 100 from last year. In a week or so I'll share my picks for this year since I'm currently still narrowing that list down to ten.
